Who we are
Resolution Fitness (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the gym at Nemo Rangers GAA Club, Mount Vernon Crescent, South Douglas Road, Cork, T12 R2PC. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at resolutionfitnesscork@gmail.com or 021 436 5519.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number and/or email address, what you’re interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in your message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before you join.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a member, in which case your membership records are handled under our membership terms.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, protects the form from spam (Turnstile) and runs privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
- Glofox, when you join, pay or book through its app (covered by Glofox’s own privacy policy).
- Google, if you choose to fill in one of our Google Forms (covered by Google’s privacy policy).
- [Owner to confirm] The reviews widget provider, which shows Google and Facebook reviews on this site.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. The map only loads, and only connects to Google, when you choose to show it. [Owner to confirm once the reviews widget is added: whether the widget sets cookies.]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
